We have been manufacturing insulating containers
for over 10 years. We have designed and developed techniques
which create top quality thermal custom containers at low
prices. Standard sizes are available to meet your conduction
and convection needs for safe transit.
ASAP Case uses only rigid urethane chemicals
specially formulated for high performance insulation. Our
formulations's "K" Factor is unsurpassed, being
approximately twice as protective as low end, low density,
multi-functional rigid urethanes. When your goal is to provide
temperature sensitive protection , even in extreme conditions,
our custom formulation fits your protocol requirements. There
are no CFC /HCFC or heavy metals.
ASAP Case modular design and laminated composite
surface structure eliminates inner corrugated liners, excess
material, it facilitates easy recycling and permits lower
costs. The interior surface is smooth and essentially free
of corrugated dusts, cracks, folds, or fissures. This feature
provides several benefits:
- One piece molded construction eliminates
thermal loss due to gaps and channels from separate wall
panels or from overlapping, folded or creased surface material.
- The laminated surface can be easily wiped
clean for a more-hygienic interior and improved quality
control.
- The laminated composite nature of the
container surface gives increased structural strength and
provides greater transit shipping protection.
- The height adjustable foam plug reduces
vibration by timely sealing the insulating container.
