Reduction
The best way to protect the
environment is to reduce the amount of material entering the waste system.
Insulating urethane foam requires approximately
half of the material needed to protect against heat, therefore,
reducing the impact on the environment.
The patented lamination method
of ASAP Case's insulating containers, provides greater strength
and durability, allowing for multiple shipments using the
same container. The polyethylene surface can be cleaned allowing
repeat shipping cycles.
Polyurethane foam can be used
in re-bonded foam carpet padding and for building materials.
Urethane foam is biostable
which reduces water contamination and methane gas
H.D. Carry's insulating urethane foam is CFC and HCFC free and contains no heavy metals. We are also compliant with California Senate Bill SB899 which by 2015 any plastic packaging that contains "*Toxic Materials" will be prohibited.
* Toxic Material that contains styrene, bisphenol-A, perflourooctanoic acid, vinyl chloride, nonylphenol, or alkylphenol. |
